Julian Wilson wins the Sri Lankan Airlines Pro at Arugam Bay!!
Julian Wilson achieved his first senior victory at the six star prime, Sri Lankan Airlines Pro. He beat Nat Young , with a combined total of 14.33 to 8.33. “I’m back and over my injuries and seriously looking hard at the qualifying series – this result is ideal for me and I’ll head to California for the US Open full of confidence,” said Wilson after the final. Quiksilver Pro Gold Coast!
The Quiksilver Pro on Australia’s Gold Coast is the first of ten global surfing events that make up the ASP World Championship Tour. The top 44 male surfers in the world are invited to compete for a total prize pool of $400,000. The event will air on FUEL TV on June 24 at 8:00pm ET/PT.
