Mexican Pipeline Fires for Quiksilver Pro Puerto Escondido

The constantly changing conditions during the Quik Pro Puerto Escondido made for some tough surfing. After three consecutive lay-days, the event finally came back to life, rolling out six-to-eight foot barrels at Playa Zicatela only to have onshore winds and more inconsistent conditions creep up on them later on. Holding Pattern Continues for Quiksilver Pro Puerto Escondido

Inconsistent conditions has forced event officials to call off the ASP 4-Star Quiksilver Pro Puerto Escondido competition for the third day in a row. A promising swell is slowly coming to a head so competition is scheduled to resume tomorrow morning at 7am. Check it out here!
