World's Best Surfers Heading To Long Island!
In early September, the world's top-ranked professional surfers will ride the waves of Long Island's South Shore to compete for an unprecedented $1 million in prize money! New York's own Balaram Stack will be given the first of two wildcard spots to compete in the Quiksilver Pro NY! The second wildcard spot will be determined between 16 surfers during the trials.

Mexican Pipeline Fires for Quiksilver Pro Puerto Escondido
The constantly changing conditions during the Quik Pro Puerto Escondido made for some tough surfing. After three consecutive lay-days, the event finally came back to life, rolling out six-to-eight foot barrels at Playa Zicatela only to have onshore winds and more inconsistent conditions creep up on them later on. Jamie Mitchell eyes 10th Molokai to Oahu Paddleboard
Mitchell will embark upon the 32-mile crossing of the Molokai Channel in Hawai'i. If he wins, he will become Quiksilver's second 10X world champion, alongside Kelly Slater.
