Kelly Slater donates one of his most prized possessions to the Smithsonian

In an effort to progress the sport of surfing, Kelly Slater has donated one of his surfboards to the Smithsonian's National Museum of American History.  This museum preserves and displays American heritage and tells authentic American stories, with Kelly Slater leading the way in demonstrating the surfing experience.
