Kelly Slater and the Quiksilver Foundation have come together to announce Slater's "10 for Ten." The foundation donated $10,000 to ten non-profits of Slater's choice for a total of $100K. Click here to read the article and see which non-profits were chosen!
In honor of Kelly Slater's tenth world title, Quiksilver Foundation will be donating a total sum of $100,000 to benefit 10 non-profit organizations selected Kelly himself. The ten beneficiaries are Mauli Ola Foundation, Na Kalai Wa’a Moku O Hawai’i, Kokua Hawai’i Foundation, Space Coast Early Intervention Center, Best Friends Animal Society, Boys and Girls Club of San Clemente, Smile Train, Waves for Water, LA Surf Bus Foundation, SurfAid. "Thank you again to Quik and the Quik Foundation, and I hope these special groups find this to be a big help in the holiday months," said Kelly.
